CDC Systems Introduces CDC S1 Compressor System
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2004 4:26 PM
- BusinessWire

DALLAS, Sep 24, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CDC Systems Inc. (Pink Sheets:CUPY) announced today that their newest "CDC S1" compressor system is now available to the public. This system enables marginal (barely profitable) and non-profitable natural gas wells to produce more volume cost effectively and efficiently, thus making the wells profitable.

The estimated market size is over 225,000 gas wells and growing over 15,000 every year. The Company has recognized that there has been a demand for this product for several years now, and with the increased demand for natural gas production, the need is now turning into a demand. CDC Systems Inc. can meet this new demand and is looking forward to working with new customers.

CDC Systems Inc. has such confidence in their compressor system that it is offering clients a no risk trial usage. The compressor will be installed at no cost for one month and if the gas well has not increased its production the Company will remove its equipment and reinstall the old equipment. There is an 80% chance that production will be improved when the compressor is installed and if production is improved enough to justify the cost of the compressor unit then the Company will expect a contract to be signed.

CDC Systems Inc. develops new technology applicable to the oil/natural gas industry on a worldwide basis. The company not only combines its technology and expertise to convert marginal, non-profitable wells into profitable producers, but by adding the methods of application and customizing technology to the M1 & L1 series, they are able to be extremely competitive in the traditional market. This market commonly focused on by most compressor companies is currently 25,000 and growing by 3,000 every year. This innovative approach to business combining technology with development should be an exciting and profitable venture.

Matters discussed in this press release are "forward-looking statements." Statements describing objectives or goals or the Company's future plans are also forward-looking statements and are subject to certain risks and uncertainties, including the financial performance of the Company and market valuations of its stock, which could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated.
