As well you will continue to ignore the fact there was a reverse split and i know almost every investor in here and trust me if the SS was as you say it would not have moved from a penny to 35 cents on low volume. and you are posting info that was prior to the reverse split and you know this as well. I will say this that there was a short position here as verified by shortsqeeze.com and thats the reason for the decline in PPs but once covered the PPS should recover nicely
