Four (4) of 20 made MajorMoves on Close, 2 Dn 2 Up

4 of 20, A normal indecision day ahead of FOMC, brilliantly Lighted by Edison 2Dn 2Up

Technology is still Far Above its 70% Bullish Percent, and Gold rebounded today and may have rebounded back to or above 70% after its losses yesterday. You will have to see for yourself after 6pm, I have included the BP charts at the end of all live charts.

Tomorrow should be an Exciting Day with FOMC announcement at 2:15pm

Seems there will not be any Surprise as everyone has told them what to do,
And more important, what to say...

"No Rate Change. Diligently watching (whatever). Will do whatever to help economy recover." EOM (end of message)

ALL the Wirelesses will carry this messages, and the Markets Will Tank.
Or Markets will Excite and stay Flat. Or Markets will shoot toward the Moon.
Take your pick.


Major Questions for you are will Oil rebound? Will Gold pretend there is Inflation? Will Banks Collapse on this News? Will Health Care improve on tomorrow's decision? Will the Deficit go Away? Will USA borrow more and more or borrow less?

I do not think FOMC tomorrow will address any. But some things will happen.

Usually on an FOMC day, Markets move up into 1pm then squirm a bit, vibrating to 2pm. Announcement at 2:15pm causes an Immediate Reaction, within 20min is a Counter Move, then into close is Reversal and we float home. The following day you guessed it, the day many times ends with another Reversal.

So much for FOMC days and there aftermath's....
