IENT (.045) - DD Compilation Post

Board: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=15485

Obviously IENT was up 900% and closed at .045. Pretty big move for a stock that has barely traded in over 4 years. Last time IENT was above where we closed today was 2/15/2006! Hard to form any type of resistance and support levels as the last time this traded above .0045 was 6/29/2007. Based on the volume at the End of the day at .04 and .045, I would say that is our key area of support.

The main reason IENT came to my attention was the fact that the CEO was Bill Stealey one of the founders of Microprose, the other founder being Sid Meier of Civilization and Pirates! Fame. I remember playing some of the Fighter Sims from Microprose such as F-15 Strike Eagle and F-19.

So some Quick info on IENT, the current company. As per the last filings in 2002, the company had 50 million Authorized, with 42 million Outstanding, and 29 million share float. Pretty tight Share Structure. It stopped being a fully-reporting company in 2003. One would thing they would stop reporting based on the costs incurred. And from reading the last 10QSB, one would think they would be struggling to make ends meet as per this ” Unless and until its online revenue stream matures, the Company recognizes that it will likely not have sufficient cash resources to fund its operations through the end of 2002 or for 2003”. Yet the company is still around, and it’s seems to be flourishing… guess it’s revenue stream has matured! Take a look at some of the companies Online Gaming sites:

https://www.totalsims.com/index.php?page=main

Take a look at Helbreathusa for instance. Looks like it’s free to play, but pay for extra features. Updates and patches frequently, and great reviews. You can say the same for the other two, great reviews, pay to play or pay for free with upgrade options. Looks like they have a great system for a nice revenue stream.

Ok, so that’s just a general view of the current business and I am sure others could find some more information.

Now here is what really got my attention and thank you abengoma (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.asp?user=94847) for bringing it to my attention(http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37926195).

IENT Updated Pinksheets sometime in late April early May. They updated the active employee to 10 and changed it’s status to developmental stage. Seems harmless enough, but when you start digging, you see a pretty glaring connection with http://www.thrillernewmedia.com/. It is a company founded by Stealey and 2 of his partners from Microprose last year.
Read this article : http://venturebeat.com/2009/05/08/thriller-new-media-hopes-to-bring-back-the-good-old-plays-of-military-games/.
Now here is where I think things can get interesting. Read this quote from Bill Stealey : “Stealey said the company already has signed deals to take over three massively multiplayer online games.”

Now checking the articles and press release from ThrillerNewMedia, the Phone number given at the end of the release is the phone number for IENT(888-442-7555).

IENT also owns a Patent for Online Gaming that it has had infringement cases on. “The Company is the holder of United States Patent no. 6,042,477 - a method of and system for minimizing the effects of time latency...on interconnected computers.”

The company has been dormant updating the investment community for 6 years. Then On March 27th, 2009, it finally has a press release:

And Today, May 27th, 2009 it has another:

That is some of the DD I could Piece together. I was hoping to get a better post out late this weekend, but the trading today forced my hand. What we do have here is what seems to be a profitable online gaming company led by a Pioneer in the gaming industry. With all the connections made with ThrillerNewMedia, one could guess there is quite a bit more going on here then just the online business… M&A possibilities? The Patent? It’s current online games? Who knows. I will have some more DD over the weekend.

One last comment on the trading today. I have been watching IENT for the last week or so. AXGP seems to be the lead Market Maker and was giving everyone decent buys up until 1pm today. AXGP then was off the ask the rest of the day. At one point this afternoon we were at .015. Then about 54k of sells went through in small blocks all the way to .0061. I have a feeling MM’s were hoping to shake the tree and get whackage. Well it didn’t work, as buying poured in. We bounced quick to .018. Once we broke .02 the bid was being UT’d over the last BUY and SELL! Seemed like covering to me. Who knows, but I received a ton of PM’s tonight from people who sold and not as many from those who bought. Just an observation. We have a gapper of .05+ tomorrow for sure, where she goes from there is anyones guess!

Good luck to all!
