Elcheepo1, with your warning…

It is well taken and appreciated. I will be the first tell you how I am not very good at finding out “the bad” about a stock, but I am very familiar with the skeletons lingering in the EVRM closet as I had posted below:

Bottom line, this is clearly a different company that has new life heading in a new and right direction. The EDS contract did not exist with Evermedia back then. Clearly that is a huge difference maker that definitely would place any company on the map for legitimacy.

To add, that was a different company with somewhat of a different management. STSM and DYMH existed as two separate tickers, entities, companies, etc. DYMH was a publishing company and had some other things going on with trying to get FDA approval on some other kind of product. DYMH acquired Evermedia and their assets. Then DYMH replaced the old CEO with Jonathan Sym as the new CEO. The previous assets simply were moved out from the grey sheets market and into the pink sheets market leaving the STSM entity as a grey sheets shell. I think you are mixing apples and oranges in my opinion with trying to say that this is the same company as it was when those assets were within that grey sheets entity.

Again, we all do appreciate your warning, but it’s surprising because we sat at 20+ board marks for months where it was only about 4 or 5 of us over here talking to ourselves. Nobody came over to warn us then and we all knew of this info back then to include all of you who are warning us now. The info you are referring to is nothing new and is months old. Why the warning now versus months ago? Please don’t answer that question as it is really rhetorical as I do think that you are sincere in your warning. Heck, I would not have been happy going through a reverse split either as we all have had our moments of such experiences. I don’t see you as a basher and I hope others don’t either, but I think you are incorrect in your assessment this time around.

Still, with the things that have recently transpired, I think it’s fair to give EVRM a chance now that it is on the pinks sheets versus the grey sheets. Clearly all investors should be aware of the difference. I think we should keep an eye out on the events as they unfold as I believe will confirm even more their new positive direction for being a force within the biometrics industry.
