Some Neutral History on EVRM…

Back in the day, EVRM use to be DYMH. Evermedia was acquired by DYMH and because of the magnitude of the contracts that Evermedia had versus what DYMH had, DYMH previous business structure dissipated to allow for the company to be fully transformed into the Evermedia entity.

Evermedia already had certain contracts other than this new one with EDS, but was stuck in quicksand because of originally being stuck into a grey sheets stock. I think we all are very aware of the troubles a company would have in trying to mature as a grey sheets stock. In all my years of investing, I can count on one hand all of the grey sheets stocks that have pulled off leaving the grey sheets to the pink sheets or higher. The history of that grey sheets entity for Evermedia can be found here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=3707&NextStart=3551

That was the board I read that made me decide to invest into DYMH when I heard that they were acquiring their technology from an older PR. Regardless to the issues they had as a company in dealing with trying to mature on the grey sheets, their technology is patented and very very real and major companies want it. That is a confirmed fact that won’t be ignored!

The contract with EDS as a partner to service the US Army’s Biometrics Operations and Support Services Unrestricted (BOSS-U) for multiple contract awards is fairly new compared to any other contracts that Evermedia had in the past. This I know because EDS, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon Company, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), American Systems Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, Cogent, Ideal Innovations, SAIC, and Telos Corporation were all approved to support this contract back during August 2008. However, and out of little EVRM’s control, the winners were announced in late December 2008 as per the PR below back in Jan 2009 released by Defense Industry Daily which is a military purchasing news site for defense procurement managers and contractors:
http://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/US-Army-Biometrics-Whos-the-BOSS-U-05238/

You can also go here to this Government site for Federal Business Opportunities to get a little more details and read about the contract Source Selection process that had transpired for this BOSS-U:
https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=387d66231e6ceb5ce1cfd84a09c8bd46&tab=core&_cview=0&cck=1&au=&ck=

I guess my main point is who cares when EDS closed their contract piece with EVRM. From my understanding, it was finalized sometime in 2009. That’s new enough for me. As being prior Air Force and part of many contract deals, I fully understand how these things can take time before they are given the authorization to release to the public. Just so long as it was closed to the point to where it was allowed to be PR-ed, I’m fine. Also, I am sure that Evermedia eventually realized that at the very least, they needed to get out of the grey sheets and on to the pink sheets as a minimum before announcing a contract of this magnitude.

So, does EVRM have some skeletons in their closet? I would have to say yes, but I would have to say that if you are looking for a stock without any skeletons, then you might as well stop investing in the market... period. I would also have to say these skeletons are very acceptable especially since their patented technology is very real as indicative from them being partners with EDS for the US Army BOSS-U multiple contract awards and The PKI Institute. Anyone researching those two entities would know such to be true. I think it’s fair to at the very least wait and see if this is really a new beginning for Evermedia now on the pink sheets versus back when they were on the grey sheets.
