Maybe the CEO's really felt that they would be able to negotiate with NIR to get a fair shake for shareholders and therefore were willing to stick their necks out with what turned out to be false predictions. I don't know.

What I do know is that the CEO of Valor Energy claims he has been trying to work out a deal with NIR without success for about a year. The CEO of EPGL looks like he was able to work out a deal with NIR that benefits the company but without benefit to the shareholders.

From my perspective, it is the predatory action from NIR that has caused the problem. I do not give a damn at this point if NIR wants to change their ways. The stench of what they have done is too strong; I will never own another security that they are involved in again. These tigers are not going to change their stripes. The only strips the scumbags at NIR should be wearing is on their prison jump suits. Why do you defend these scumbags?

As moderator of the EPGL board and as assistant moderator of the VLRN board, I spoke with both CEO's on a regular basis last year. I will no longer talk to either of these SOB liars.
