ibl. In your first post it sounded like it was all NIR bs that is killin shareholders. That's why I posted like I did. Wanted more info from a person bein affected, you. Now it seems like it's more the company at fault. Or maybe not. The company I'm interested in also is funded by NIR. I've been in touch with the old CEO and the new one on a regular basis for several years. Neither really seemed ta have a major beef against NIR. They did about a past NIR employee and an NIR broker. Present management removed the past guys because they were the real problem. The latest I've heard is that they are workin on some deal with NIR and the dudes that caused problems is gone. From both the company and NIR. They seem ok with the way things are goin now. Do you talk with the CEO's at the companies? If so ask the needed questions. There's a list of things on this rag that are worth askin about. What's the short position been in the past? There's a lot more I could suggest but wanna hear some feedback first.
