AND NOW, this, 5th day of Nov ,2008, it appearing that Calypso Wireless, Inc. or any of its representatives, failed to appear or file an answer or otherwise plead in the above matter, and the Court finding that proper notice and service of the Verified Petition was made upon Calypso Wireless, Inc., and upon consideration of the Verified Petition to Compel an Annual Meeting of Shareholders pursuant to 8 Del. C. § 211, and the supporting documents thereto, and it appearing that the elements of 8 Del. C. § 211 have been met by Plaintiff;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the request for relief sought in the Verified Complaint is GRANTED and the following relief is awarded:
Calypso Wireless, Inc. through its current board of directors is hereby directed to hold an annual meeting of shareholders with notice to all shareholders and satisfaction of the requirements set forth in 8 Del. C. § 211, within 45 days of the entry of this order.

Ignored by Pattin and Kathy. This cost me $25K to get a court order to make Pattin/Kathy have an election of Directors. They have been in contempt since DEC 20, 2008.
THE SHAREHOLDERS ELECT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS! We have NEVER been allowed to. The damage Kathy and Pattin have done to us is already irreparable, the only thing left to determine is if that damage is complete.
We've had our company stolen once again guys, this time I'm not going to spend money to "buy off" improper management.
