Its pretty clear that calypso does not care to comply w/
the law. Its ironic how they made such a fuss about an
election. but whenever i played out the SHM in my mind
all i needed to do is to recall the SHM in miami, it was
absurd to imagine that carlos would show up (and of course
he did not). Equally bogus is the notion that drago would
show up as well

I wonder if you can turn it into cash. Pierce the corporate veil and go after the past and current boards private assets including the patent itself. Seems they have a penchant for failing to show up and defaulting. Worked for Diac.
