As of today I am no longer the contact for Cal-Bay International Inc. I recommend looking for the contact info that the new board of directors will be supplying either via pinksheets, Nevada SOS, filings, press releases, etc...


Melinda Rice and Roger Pawson have resigned as of today. The website is currently being pulled down, there will be a new websited designated by the new BOD.

I have enjoyed conversing with many of you here on IHUB and also via email and telephone.

I too will be interested in seeing what the future beholds for CBAY as I am a shareholder as well (I have not sold 1 share of my position to date)
