What do you know of the shares we were to receive in the new company? (50 shares for each mil of CBAY) Will the shareholders need to initiate a class action lawsuit against Roger & Belinda?

I'm shocked. roger but no longer with the company which has to do, I do not think so. plenty of other releases in the same was already announced and he was still there later.

Dale, are you able to tell us how things occured with respect to your IR services? In other words was it Roger/Melinda let you go, or the new people let you go, or your deal was only set to work with Roger/melinda so with their leaving you had no deal, or did you actively seek to end the arrangement? Just curious. Thanks.

I've been a bag holder since 2007. I just read this post it...did anyone verify that they are gone or who the new owners are?

Or should I just come back in another 6 months as per usual?
