Hi guys
I still own about 7 million shares, but i spead the shares to alot of young nephews and nieces. I had one nice telephone conversation with the new CEO a couple of days ago; I do not know if he is a straight shooter. I hope so. But who can you trust from Montreal.....? The Hells Angels..?
He was surprised at all the nasty emails he recieved recently, and i guess he got bitched slapped pretty good and now sensed there is alot of angry investors out there.
I hope he is a straight shooter. He did state that he felt hurt that so many people were throwing rocks at him and they do not even know of his background and reputation.
I asked him if Mr. C is still involved and he told me that UMNG was bought as a shell and Mr C is out of the picture. Yea, I know we heard it before. I am not certifying anything he says. just simply repeating it.
Having just read the recent emails, I do loudly agree that everyting that EarnestDD recommends in his most recent post,.... I totally agree with.
I resigned from the Chairman of EEGC because the majority stock holders would not pay me; cheap assholes;
Also the former President failed to come to Maryland to attend the Board of Directors meeting that I had publically announced that I wanted to hold in May 2008.
Why should I stay on as a Chairman of a company whose President does not respond to the Chairman's direction to account for its financial statements, explain what the hell he has been doing, what contractural obligations exist.... and account for its A/S and O/S shares... at a Board of Directors meeting? Think I want to stand around and get clobberd by every justified angry stock holder.
I, my wife and our nephews and grand nephews and grand neices own a little ovedr 7 million shares.
All the new CEO has to do is get the NOLO report from the transfer agent and see who owns what. I do not know who is buying up the shares on the bid, but its obvious that someone is accumulating shares.
Since I resigned no one has ever answered any of my phone calls to Montreal... and i suspect the Montreal crew was hoping I would sell my shares.
I figured the UMNG shell would eventuall find a home and it looks like it has... I do hope that eventually the shares will turn from shit to some sort of value -- anyway why sell shares that are now showing some action...?

Meanwhile, EEGC is having a huge press day tomarrow in Tansmania. Three buses of politicans, bankers, investors and press and going out to Bellview to see the Hunt Rig start up the next drilling phase to depth. We expect to hit seven pay zones of oil from this one drill hole. and one dome about 11 miles in diameter.
Meanwhile, my son Mike, an airborne infantryman - is off to Iraq - maybe some day having to kill some assholes -- at least when he inherits my wealth he will have the essential skills to kill any attorney that tries to steal it from him.
