Umining must then change their policy regarding the Transfer Agent and filing financials with Pinksheets.

They must ungag the Transfer Agent.
I would suggest changing the Transfer Agent.

They must post financials quarterly.
Preferrably audited annuals.

They must announce the Board of Directors.
