I think GHNCJ has been very helpful in sharing his information. It’s your job to verify it. First of all everyone should do their own DD and make their own investment choices and not blame others on the board. What was nice about this board is that many shared their DD even if I interpreted differently. What verifiable facts kept me in this stock since Jan-08 are the following:
1) Clean water is a great market sector to be in.
2) IWS has some industry leading technology
3) Their technology is EPA approved.
4) They have some contracts and appear to be a real business.
5) Small share structure and up until June we knew the share structure (Ungaged TA).
However, as time goes by Gene has started acting like a typical Pink CEO and caused me to go into a reality check:
1) We no longer know the share structure.
2) Promise of uplisting but no real actions.
3) T/A is now gagged.
3) Now he seems to always hide behind – the lawyers have me gagged.
4) If the uplisting is for real he could share schedule and more information. His excuse is lame.
5) Audits don’t take months. This isn’t GE. or Exxon with billions of assets that need verified world wide.
Sorry, but until he puts some bite with his bark, this is a typical pink sheet stock going no where.
