Well I would hope he would be more transparent then you then.
He can not tell anyone in email insider info. So it should be fair to share with other shareholders. Or he should not respond or should say this is not to be shared. It is common for shareholders to share DD with others. CEO has to know that.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
