Identa plant Visit Impressions
First of all I apologies for my English
Today I was visiting the factory of Identa in Jerusalem, I met there with Yaacov Shoham, Baruch
Glattstein and the Logistics manager.
Let me tell you first off all that the visit for me was great, I met two amazing persons, modest
and kind, it was really a pleasure to make a conversation with them.
I came a couple of minutes after a meeting they had about upgrading their website, which probably
will come to frutation soon I hope.
At the office I hear about the activities we all know already, and of strategic plans for the near futures.
I raised the issues of a need for confidence to share holders which should be backed up by periodically reports, and continuing of the buyback program that’s started not long ago.
Yaacov is working on the 2007 report and I hope it will be released in couple of weeks or so.
As for the buy back, it will be continued, and it’s their interest to continue especially in those ground floor PPS.
2009 will be from his words a key year which will move from 6 digit sales to 7 digits sales (lets hope)
he also said that penetrating markets all kind of, takes a lot of time, a lot of bureaucracy so not all
is defined for example 2008.
A repeat of no Reverse Split is made clear!!!
I was very Impressed that the company was built from bottom to top (Company - not stock), a lot of their time, personal money invested in the company, and is still on.
Raising money to buy new machine and to move to this factory from the old one (which I visited also)
was a need, to enlarge the production of the kits.
A lot of improvements made and in the making to make the kits much more friendly and First-class
products. I have been seen the process from the start to end by Baruch.
I also met Amichai which is the Logistic manager of Identa, which makes sure that the plant will function at the highest standards, and the planning of its arrangements and more.
For me this visit was a real pleasure to familiar closely with the Heads of Identa to understand Identa activities, knowing that there is a strong base, a strong strategic plans, first of all to run the company to grow, and to bring share holders
value where it belongs.
I do believe (well I have the patience) even though I’m down a lot on my holdings, that things will start turning north soon enough.
