This company continues to go backwards. Possible that the war has caused problems for them, but they made a big deal about the US office.

Sell the company. Performance is abysmal. Marketing must be completely worthless. Sounds like they make products that would be in VERY high demand right now. So either their products don't work or they don't have the sales expertise. People on Etsy are doing bigger numbers than this company.
Take it private or sell it.

I looked through a few events listed here: https://www.identa-corp.com/news/events/ and didn't see Identa as attending/sponsoring/presenting on any of them. I'm guessing they just put them on their website for SEO purposes, though the PR does state "participation in 12 different trade shows during the year".
Margins are excellent. Everything else is pointless.
Take it private. At this point it won't cost more than $1.25/sh.

I still think they should just take it private. There is next to no market for the stock. Their sales numbers after this many years are atrocious.

If their products work, their sales should be much higher. Should be closer to $1m/wk, not $1m/yr.
Over 40% owned by insiders. Why not take it private for cheap?
$.02/yr dividend = $81,000/yr and with the current stock price, that is a decent percentage return. That would stabilize the price at $1+.

Looks like they may need that $81,000 for production and payroll. Makes sense, but what is the actual backlog $ amount?

No question about that. I just think it's going to take many more years to get the stink off from their early days. If they could generate some revenue, that "years" would turn to "days" very quickly. But they just can't consistently generate new revenue. I think the online direct sales will generate a few thousand dollars, but nothing significant. At least not for another year or two. Their marketing is consistently worthless.
With the supposed miniscule float and massive insider ownership, the stock should be more volatile than it is. There is just no interest in it. They should just take it private and maybe IPO in a couple years. I see no benefit in being public for them.

More progress, but "huge" is debatable. Identa gives no numbers (likely because they are low). Maybe a few hundred security checkpoints at most. Nothing to sneeze at, but isn't going to move the actual needle much. One time bump and then some amount of ongoing restocking. I guess we'll see on their next Q, assuming this happens that quickly.
Market likes the news, and yes, the float is miniscule, so the share price looks better. Maybe they can afford some actual marketing now.

Revenues for the First quarter of 2020 were $227,571 compared to revenues of $197,384 in the first quarter of 2019. This is a 15% increase in sales;
Gross profit increase to $195,882 in the first quarter of 2020 compared to gross profit of $131,381 in the first quarter of 2019. This is a 49% increase.
Operating profit increased exponentially to $72,247 for the first quarter of 2020 compared to operating profit of $6,021 in the first quarter of 2019. This is a 1,200% increase and represents both the increase in revenues as well as significant streamlining in operations;

A different penny stock I got into back then, then it dumped to the sub penny ranges so I forgot about it....is now climbing back up. Only wish I had bought as much shares as I had with this one!
