Capital One Financial Corporation Announces Proposed Common Share Offering

MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital One Financial Corporation (NYSE:COF) today announced a proposed public offering of 14 million shares of its common stock. Capital One also expects to grant the underwriters for the offering an overallotment option to purchase additional shares of common stock.
