Broadband Wireless International to Sign Letter of Intent With Internet
Development, Inc. (IDI Global, Inc.)

LAS VEGAS, May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Broadband Wireless
International Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BBAN) announced today that the
Directors and Management have decided to continue the company's original
business model and agreed to a letter of intent to combine technology and
vision with IDI Global, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IDIB). Dr. Ron Tripp,
President of BBAN called the decision to return the company to its original
role as a broadband provider "a logical move that reflects our original
concept. We were conceptually one of the first broadband providers."
The directors recently had a meeting in Los Angeles with Kevin Griffith,
Chairman and, CEO of IDI Global, Inc. Board members and BBAN executives,
Michael Williams and Keith McAllister traveled to Salt Lake on May 18, 2004 to
begin the strategic direction and technology plans for the exclusive strategic
alliance with private labeled ISP's and broadband services for entertainers
and athletes. The terms of the deal will be outlined in a definitive
agreement which the parties will execute in the near future. The companies
have agreed to share in the revenues that are realized from the venture, and
BBAN has the primary responsibility to market the services to the
entertainment and sports industries. The two companies share the same
strategic vision on the direction of the Internet and how meaningful value can
be returned to their subscribers. Kevin Griffith, CEO of IDI stated, "The
combination of our knowledge, services, marketing and technology with BBAN
strengthens and adds to the potential of both companies."
Internet Development, Inc. is an application service provider offering
both dial up and broadband services throughout the United States. Their
system resides on one of the largest backbones in the US. They are currently
focusing their business on providing private labeled broadband, dial up and
application services for the customers and subscribers of large companies and
major universities. IDI was drawn to Broadband Wireless (BBAN) and its
management's ability to reach celebrities and professional athletes.
Competing and succeeding as a broadband provider can be difficult without an
extensive national backbone, and without the marketing power to reach the
consumer. IDI felt that with the influence and management acumen of the BBAN
Directors and their relationships in the sports and entertainment world, the
probability of successful broadband deployment with entertainers and athletes
would be greatly enhanced. As a token of good faith and to demonstrate its
level of influence in the sports and entertainment fields, future Hall of
Famer, Dominique Wilkins signed a letter of intent on Friday to be one of the
first branded Broadband/ISP providers with Broadband Wireless International.
IDI features a turnkey system from installation, design, customer service,
engineering and most importantly expediency, stated Keith McAllister. Mr.
McAllister and his associate Kenny Andam recognized IDI's strengths and felt
the alliance would be an ideal match for BBAN. The Directors and Management
of Broadband Wireless International Corporation are united, sound, efficient
and stronger than ever before.
