Robbins & Myers Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
DAYTON, Ohio, March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc. (NYSE: RBN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.0375 per share. The dividend is payable on May 8, 2008 to shareholders of record as of April 9, 2008.

Robbins & Myers, Inc. is a leading global supplier of highly engineered, application-critical equipment and systems to the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial markets.
