First of all I wasn't fired dude. I had a two month arrangement to provide an interactive communication between share holders and the company directly. I provided that coverage and at the end of the two months we determined the coverage was no longer necessary!

Second of all I have disclosed this many times and all of my coverage at the time of service was clearly identified. Furthermore I have since that time also disclosed that information just go back on this board and you will find it. No secrets here!

I happen to be a preferred share holder and will see what unfolds in the future.. I won't stand up for or support blatant abuse of the security rules and laws by a public official in a public company!

Finally maybe you can tell me what the purpose of raising the Authorized share count on your state of corporations registration would be for?

So if the AS was 580 million prior to the amendment of March 6th that raised it to 1.8 billion common. I think it is safe to say the OS is above 580 million without any doubt whatsoever!!!
