Huh? You were not paid in preferred shares. You were paid a very small pittance that was a direct deposit into your personal account. So you expect me to believe that Beebe cut a deal with you for preferred shares after firing you?

You need to post a disclaimer of your prior disturbing relationship with PHGI on all your posts so as to not continue misleading investors of PHGI.

I happen to be a preferred share holder and will see what unfolds in the future.. I won't stand up for or support blatant abuse of the security rules and laws by a public official in a public company!

This might be the reason I thought he was a Preferred share holder in the company, Gesh.. What was I thinking? JMO
