Well, duh... I guess a retired military pilot, retired commercial airline pilot, private businessman well along in years and maturity would just be the epitome of indiscretion...
and have no idea what he could or could not post!
And of course, JR and his legal team would not have a clue... because the only smart & wise are here posting on iHub.
And Jim Ford, Scott Hoerr, & Mr. Ibrahim would also be clueless about the ways of business.
I'm quite sure I should forward several of today's posts to JR & management just to let them know they need to be in compliance with a bazillion regulations...

Hey... barrettjet is only a contract service provider... and a shareholder who happens to have permission to visit the site when in Baytown. He is not an employee of the company! Only a provider of services when requested/contracted. I am sure he IS NOT PRIVY to inside information... anymore than any other visitor to Baytown! Trick is... NOT everyone gets an invitation anymore!
Moreover, it is pretty hard BOTH to fly the plane AND also hang out with the passengers in the rear chatting together! Besides, he has yet to fly anyone with either company anywhere!
IN FACT, I would imagine he is NOT considered an "insider" anymore than the coca-cola man servicing the machine on site for the employees' break area. I'd even wager that the LEGAL team has already considered the details & made a ruling!
But I'm sure that any impropriety will be brought to the attention of many... including authorities!
LMAO... is that like submitting a fake police report if the accuser is making accusations based on erroneous assumptions? I suppose that could result in some kind of liability to the accuser in civil/criminal courts. I'm pretty sure barrettjet will respond to any slander/libel directed his way.
2008 sure is gonna be a fun year for USSE/SSTP LONGS IMO...
