Grifco borrowed 1.3 million dollars cash, and 200,000 convertible debentures.
They have not repaid one red cent, and failed to even register the shares to convert....now they're trying to say, "it's not fair", etc etc etc
now, I'm not calling anyone a LIAR or anything, but wasn't one prominent poster, non-poster here claiming that they were wildly profitable? That the revenues are pouring in, etc etc etc. Now it turns out that they somehow managed to borrow 1.3 million dollars, then stiffed the people who lent it to them....!!!!
talk about scummy behavior!
Then, in addition to not paying a one red cent, they claim it wasn't fair all thw while claiming that they were making money, and the cronies were parroting the wealthy sentiment word for word....
Why in goddness sake did they need the money in the first place, and why did they not tell the people in the know that the were doing these finaincings??? or did they?
Did BBB see that in the NDA that he signed? while he claimed that they were profitable and cash flow positive, did he know that they were so desperate for money that they not only had to borrow money, and print shares for cash (sound familiar?? Hmmmm!) but that they couldn' even make payments on the loan??
People wake up, they couldn't even make one payment on the loan they made. Not one!
Yeah this one's going to make you filthy all right, ooops I mean filthy rich!
