I feel bad I was deceived by Jim Liar Dial (Grifco is debt free!) but will feel even worse for those who are tricked into dumping more money into Grifco with so much crookery now on display. If Robinson Reed is selling shares short and they are buying all they are doing is feeding Robinson Reed money.

My theory is Jim Dial took the $1.3M which he funneled into his own pockets knowing all along that he wouldn't even try to pay back the debt and Robinson Reed would fall back on the convertibles and screw the shareholders. Why should he care? Jim Dial is good at playing the victim. The real victim here is Grifco shareholders.
