The only thing that has been "debunked" is that the international assets aren't "worthless".

APHA did OVERPAY for said international "assets" via Scythian; where Scythian insiders (which we know included VIC) made GINORMOUS amounts of money for the transaction.

Vic recently "resigned" (aka, was asked to step down by APHA vs. publicly humiliated and FIRED publicly by APHA).

Why did Vic resign again?

Did APHA come out w/ an independent report yet? I haven't been following.
