06/27/18: OS 285 MIL, Restrict: 221 MIL PER CEO of LIBE by phone with the CEO yesterday. The OS is around unofficially ~ 321 mil shares OS due to a note that was never issued and WILL NOT BE ISSUED! Those shares should not be included in the OS count since the note was never issued and will never be issued.
Clearly someone had shares to sell and Conway either didn't know about it (stupid,) or was lying about it, because today LIBE's Transfer Agent reported that as of 7/1/18, LIBE's OS was 398,236,556, up 112.5M (39.4%) in the past month, and is now nearly 18 times the TA-reported 18.7M shares on Jan 1, 2018. The float is probably close to 325M.
