FarmOn, which is a not for profit. Not for profits are not allowed to show a profit... ...So my question then for the FOIL request is what percentage of the deal is actually MCIG's and what percentage of the profit goes to FarmOn?

Farm On Foundation can't make a profit but they can charge rent/lease and get paid for their work. NYAcres, as a wholly owned subsidiary of mCig, doesn't have any issue with making money. While 100% of the net earnings go to mCig the lease provisions could possibly include a percentage of gross income. However, what's paid to Farm On would then be deducted as a business expense of NYAcres before net earnings/profit. In other words, mCig would include it as part of the cost in calculating the prices (and profit margins) it charges for its NYAcres products. From the last 10-Q...

mCig 3FQ18 10-Q

NYAcres, Inc.

We incorporated in November 2017 to provide a mechanism in which to enter into a joint venture project with FarmOn! Foundation . NYAcres is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Good luck with your FOIL/FOIA application with NY State ROTFLMAO.

Debunked Again!
