How much is mcic actually making off the NY Acres JV.

Exactly why I submitted a FOIL Request to the Department of Agriculture and Markets in the State of New York.

FarmOn, which is a not for profit. Not for profits are not allowed to show a profit and if they do they need to do something with the profit, which in many cases they use to expand operations. In that case it would make sense that they plan on expanding from 40 acres of MJ operation to 120 over X years.

So my question then for the FOIL request is what percentage of the deal is actually MCIG's and what percentage of the profit goes to FarmOn?
