Hello all, I highly but humbly suggest reading this post many times letting it soak in, click on the links and see the verifications as well. Don't skip that part, it really sinks in then. Think about the dates and how everything evolved.

READ- VERY RECENT, WHY? Can anyone dispute this?

How can anyone dispute these professionals buying common stock this recent?

Did the big guns buy commons because the shell is being bought and the commons are staying intact? Did the big guns buy commons because of the below valuation? Did the big guns buy commons because HTC Global is becoming a public company using the CBRI shell as their vehicle? What's undisputed is THE BIG GUNS BOUGHT. These guys are not little hub traders folks, they have teams that provide proper research.

Seeking Alpha- The Current Filing State column represent the current state of the filing, i.e. bottom w/o the potential additional claim from SAP & HPE, this currently values the payout at $24.41M retention for common, or $0.298 per share.
The evaluation has been performed with a conservative approach including
all known liabilities
all filed scheduled payments, incl. CIBER intercompany but w/o purchased CIBERSITES India
all additional claims
$2.35M officer's maximum bonus, one year total cash compensation
$2M severance package for employees not being taken over by HTC
$5M costs for 8/12 month for operations until EOY
$5M negative rollover of the last known Cash Flow Forecast (FCS) of docket 151, even though this amount should be covered by the overall consumed DIP-loan to be paid back
the reduced DIP-loan of $35.70M, also covering WF debt
only $6M pending payments from Dutch and Swedish sales

As on all stocks there is always non believers, that's ok, there were plenty on SARAq and it ran past .70

Now for my belief after making calls, sending emails and digging deep into DD

www.business-standard.com/article/companies/htc-global-acquires-us-firm-ciber-inc-for-93-million-117062300498_1.html

https://www.htcinc.com/corporate/contact-us/

Well, the enormous private company HTC Global buys Ciber for 93 million, then Legion Partners buys a ton of common shares, then a process is done to get the Q dropped keeping things in tact. Are we putting things together now....

After hearing back from Legion Partners that they didn't take over, they just have a very large investment through common shares its my belief that the massive private company HTC Global in merging into this CBRI shell. It makes sense to think Legion has communicated with them and that's why they didn't sell all their common shares.

HELLO, I hope you are listening and using common sense. Its also why.. folks wait for it....... its also why these common shares are safe imo!! It happens folks, just very rare.

On Dec. 21,2017 Ciber Inc., ticker CBRIQ, changed its name to CMTSU Liquidation Inc. and the ticker remained as CBRIQ.

Then a week later on Dec. 28,2017 CMTSU Liquidation Inc., CBRIQ, kept the CMTSU Liquidation Inc. name but the ticker became CBRI with a FINRA notification that the company emerged from bankruptcy. YUP

The question is why the company name also did not change back to Ciber Inc. instead of remaining as CMTSU Liquidation Inc. My answer is HTC Global is about to merge in and change the name themselves. Keep your eyes peeled next week for filings and announcements and to the Finra list for a name change.

SS- as far as I can find, OS is 81 million and the float is 71 million.
court filings

Again in another view, The ticker itself is 'CMTSU Liquidation Inc.' so it's fair to think the company's assets were liquidated and the BK closed. If so then the CBRI ticker should technically be for an empty shell that could permit a private buyer to buy the ticker. ... RM..

If you haven't been apart of a reverse merger they can provide enormous quick sustained gains. There is nothing more powerful then a legit RM on a low SS. Nothing folks..

If you would like to ask Legion Partners if they control CBRI shell in anyway but owning commons feel free.

Feel free to share this post, this opinion of mine after very thorough dd, sticky to if you think it will help people with their own DD.

Wishing everyone well as always, and in my opinion this RM is going to change lives in a huge manner if your buying lots of shares before the next set of announcements since the BK is now completed. Focus on current information and the future here IMO. Common sense upon facts are a must. Open up your mind, don't close it. IMO I'd rather buy shares under .10 then over .50 while using calculated risk after DD.

I also want to thank some very smart investigators on shady things for helping me with their opinions. I wont post their names but I'm sure you can figure it out.

CBRI have a wonderful 2018
