the form 4 shows a D people, which means they "disposed" of the stock; not an "A" for acquired. they bought the stock long ago. you guys need to read those filings and not just post them with conjecture for commentary. that form 4 was filed to say they sold some of their holdings, not bought. i would suspect that there is another form 4 coming as well to show more sales, given the recent volume.
