So now you think he has a production facility somewhere besides the new facility?
Even though Kim stated plainly that this is a research and production lab.
The build out was not a ramp up or increase in production.
It was an increase in production SPACE.
Now that the build out of the production space is complete he can ramp up production.
You will have to wait for the "ramping up" PR to complain about that.

I think you are just stuck on the word lab.
Kim should have used facility but I think he expects us to be smart enough to use "research and production lab" and understand English enough to know a lab is a facility and the words are synonyms in their usage.
Guess he was wrong about that.

In the mean time he has not increased production yet. Only the area needed to do so.

Currently 3 strains in production in the new lab.
Currently new research employees in the new lab.

I will be awaiting the "ramp up" PR so we can talk about that when it comes
