seems pretty simple to you that kim pr’s an expansion of the lab and somehow you decide that that means he, for some unknown reason, must have surely meant production as well even though he did not say so..thus kim met his stated goal......without actually saying so?...

i’m not saying kim did or did not expand the production area...im saying, in that pr, he never says that he did..he does say that he expanded the lab area..but the goal most people care about right now is production..

kim is the one who mentioned that he was working with medical suppliers and other very interested parties..so it’s not all just about the army..
