First off, for a newbie, you obviously know your stuff therefore you are not a real "newbie." However, that being said, you either should know or need to know that it is definately not a "safe stock to invest in." Nothing in the OTC is. Safe stocks give dividends and earn you <3% per year. You are gambling here. You have to look at it that way regardless what anyone else tells you. If you are on the OTC, you are gambling not investing.

Here is my not so expert opinion of why this is all happening: In my experience, OTC stocks are hot and cold based on trends. A while back (I am showing my age) Gold stocks were all the craze. Then Oil and gas. I made a ton of money on straight up scam companies, but like I said, it is the OTC, you have to know your playground. I was gambling. I took a break for a while and was out of the OTC for a few years, but then marijuana stocks were all money. Most scams, but there was a ton of money to be made. Right now, it's crypto stocks. CRCW seems legit therefore the action you are seeing. But you are correct when you inquire about dropping to $7 a share. As fast as it went up it absolutely could come down. And based on the majority of OTC stocks that remain OTC, eventually it probably will. But when? Make the money while you can. Everything you cited, are legitimate concerns. Don't expect any solid answers. Speculation is what drives the huge price swings. Just ask yourself if you are willing to hedge that the answers to those questions are positive.

Disclaimer: I am NOT invested in CRCW because I missed the boat somehow. I learned years ago not to chase. However, I am heavily invested in the company that I hope is acquired by CRCW so I do follow this stock. Straight gamble move and surely not a safe investment. But I'm in the OTC to turn thousands into tens of thousands. Nowhere else on earth to do that that I am aware of. Except the crypto markets
