Crypto Company (CRCW)

Experts out there please explain CRCW.

So I'm a newbie here. But that doesn't mean anything when it comes to crcw.
How can a company that has no products, little income, and a fancy cryto name be a safe stock to invest in?

I can hear the logic now. OK, so they bought cryto currency. We don't even know if that was bitcoin!
They have shell companies they've hand shares to, seems fishy.
Balance sheet is week. Hardly anything to make this share worth much. They have a bid to buy RimRock, big deal, liquidity.

Why can't they buy a CRYTO mining company. Seems like a dumb move to want RMRK a gold mining co.

I'd like to know what is going to keep this stock from dumping to $7 a share when people realize that it's nothing.....

I'm not expert, and a lot of people seem to have an opinion!

Please explain.
