I wouldn't bet on companies that sell opioids, but on the positive side, a 21% corporate income tax rate should be good for high-profit big pharma with sales in other areas. Also, don't forget that drugs and medical devices make up only a fraction of overall health care costs, and many newer drugs, such as Hep-C cures, actually save on non-drug costs.
