I had the same thing happen to my black Friday order. 2 weeks with nothing but a credit card charge. Called and emailed, nothing. Called again and got through. Order had shipped that day and got it next day. They really should have kept customers updated. It's a snowball effect creating more work for them and impacts sales eventually as people can vent easily online.
