I placed an order on Black Friday and I have not received any sort of update. I’ve tried calling, emailed, and no response. Not sure what else to do here except report you guys for fraud as I have not received any response or shipping confirmation. Not pleased or happy at all with the lack of care for your customers and terrible customer service.
