Chicken guy fell through........ no organic eggs......
wants to do it all himself.........
....... working with banker though on possible Napa investment:)

Old man Mick needs labor help 5 months of the year on his claim...... he wants a certain amount for a 25% stake......it’s turn key, it’s all ready running..... closed for now, but he will be back around start of may he says....

Works out to about 100 dollars a day for me on 25% investment....... pencils out really nice, pretty fair..... we’ll see?
