Hard to say what will happen here going forward. While the PR was solid, RS are almost always bad for OTC stocks.

Maurice would’ve been much smarter to announce the takeover and the details in the PR - and hold off on RS and share increase until the pps was stable and higher. May not have even needed either one with the right PRs.

Sell off was dramatic, I do expect a bounce. But how far? Who knows
