You're an astute investor so I've got to ask how you respond to such changes, previously unannounced to the best of my recollection. When I see a leadership change, albeit not at the top tier, I sense the fit just wasn't right. For a directorial change to occur this suddenly, I have to think the Chairman of the company must have decided on his dismissal for the good of the company, regardless of questions sure to come up.
