You know, I find that interesting. There's a diet food company whose TV commercials I often see. It makes a big deal of its "100 calorie brownies". They look kind of... flat, unlike a normal brownie.

And yet the ones in your recipe ARE normal brownies. They're thicker than the ones in the commercial, and they're 163 calories.

Okay, that's 50% more calories, if you want to look at it that way. But do 50 calories either way make much difference, if you only eat one?
