Thanks to both you and pete807 for your steadfast sharing of ideas and crazy-assed emotional outbursts equaled by my own.

I'm seeing excellent opportunity in EPD and am now up to 1,200 shares with a cost basis of $24,41. I'm expecting we'll be seeing $30 by Summer, 2018. But if it's not meant to be, I'll still have two distributions to bring a smile, set at 7% for my troubles---exceeding my margin interest fees in addition to any appreciation coming my way.
