I definitely do not agree he needs the elites to get anything done. He does need help from those who are being manipulated by the deep state. And guess what they need Trump. A very complicated power struggle going on here. How you interpret what is happening and why it is happening is what I question. I do believe too much what what is going on is still not in clear view and thus not included in our interpretation. Along with a intention distorting of much of what is going on. Thus my opinion I admit is not easy to support with facts. I do believe things will progress very differently than you are expecting. I hope your view is wrong for all of our stakes. But I do understand why you hold the view you do.
