Talk about different perceptions on the same view. We have them.
IMO Trump knows he can't take down the Elite's system, it's way too embedded and runs all through this corrupt American system to dislodge. I honestly don't think that's his goal anyway. If it were his goal wouldn't he be moving away from the Federal Reserve system and their way of pulling the money strings? He's definitely not doing that now. I don't think he wants to fall flat on his face with the folks he's putting in place at the Fed, do you? He wants the same old system to succeed...by his current actions.
I think your confusing what he's doing with him just being unconventional and disruptive. IMO he really wants smooth sailing with the economy, a stock market that just keeps going higher, and hopefully to keep dodging any wars. You can't base what Trump actually does with what he says. Those are two very different things. He wants/needs accolades and everyone to agree with him or else like a kid he becomes mad and vindictive. He threatens, like he has with a number of countries, then he backs off from doing anything.
Lastly, I believe he has come to the realization that big government isn't changed by what HE ALONE wants. He requires the Elites/Deep State to back him to pass legislation, he can't do that on his own, although I think that's what he would prefer. We know he doesn't care about whose toes he steps on, but if he pisses enough of the Deep Stare people off none of his agenda will get done. I think he's beginning to see that now.
