I've added 1,500 today. Now at 24,000. I'm planning on sitting here but will add at least another thousand units if the price drops meaningfully. Cost basis remain well under the street price at $10.279. My average cost today is $11.81/unit.

My eye is on my projected valuation a half year out from here, tempered by the $2,340 in well assured distributions for the full year ahead.

Things are looking pretty good to me from here. And I dare say board friends are probably pleased to have reeled in units at well under $12.20 from just a day ago. That's about $600 saved in my accumulation campaign.
