Okay, I wasn't completely right about the stay, but the settlement was announced

"I think news will come out on the settlement. Maybe not all details, but enough to make the PPS go north. It might be that KK is going to make GERS look like a trustworthy company, and that is he is going to announce some major changes to make this company profitable for years. I don't expect him to pay out a dividend. But I think he will make it look like this money is going to generate more money for the investors.
However, I also think it would not be wise to stay in and watch him do that....because I got my doubts that he would really go there for our best interest.

Could another option be that he is going to sell the company to ICM?
Could that be a reason for not diluting anymore? I don't know....but I think I would like that option, because that would mean a fixed price for our shares and no reason to feel sorry for not selling at the right time."
