Some more speculation...

I think that CC might be named here, because they will this way receive the windfall on their account, and KK this way might have a construction to get the money to the preferred stockholders and keep it out of the SEC filings.

Also:

I think a settlement would normally be on three points:

- Pay money for the infringement
- Become a paying licensee
- Stop using infringing technology, or would becoming a paying licensee mean you can keep on using the infringing technology?

"Cantor Colburn and Defendants had executed a confidential settlement agreement "

This to me might mean, all defendants seem to have reached an agreement. Not a couple of them.

"CleanTech maintained that additional settlement issues remain that it will address after settlement between Cantor Colburn and Defendants
is closed"

So, it might be that some of the points on above are not completely met. They might struggle for instance on who the patent owns for the technology they use. Could it be that remaining issues are only involving ICP.

I think that after the final filing, we will learn that they will go to court to fight out the unsolved issues. And that after that filing GERS may announce that they have added more licensees to their list.

That will be the moment that GERS starts filing again.
Some money might be added to GERS assets, but most will be added to FCC. And they don't need to file, because they are not publicly traded.

Maybe BTZO also gets a bit more, but since they have not been filing at all, and aren't involved as a party, it might be you'll never hear from them again.

This also might lead to a very slow added value to common shareholders. Of course for the GERS share holders the fact there is a settlement and there might be new licensees and there will be more confidence might help the SP a lot. And If GERS seems to become a solid company, and doesn't need to dilute again, and continuous filing again, it might give them very cheap shares for a potential well earning company.
But... I doubt if it will be what most have hoped for. It might be no quick over $1 return. But a slow and steady long term investment. With a some faster added value in the first few months. And after that all has to unfold, maybe toward a nasdaq trading company?
