omg it just hit me... we should all petition the sec to shutdown the entire stock market because every company went public to sell shares

anyone who thinks public companies went public to NOT sell shares shouldn't be in the market. now, regarding DBMM, the OS has NOT changed in over a year now (even back when filings were current enough to allow conversions/issuances/etc) and as per the recent filings as well as older filings, company doesn't have any shares to sell, hasn't sold any and neither have the preferred insider shares been converted. Has there been convertible debt held by third party that converted in the past? yes. but again, that stopped over 1.5 years ago now
